DESCRIPTION:Present Made will be running two consultation events for the Mill View development to be built south of Village 4\, part of the Wixam Park development. \n\nWed 14th September\, 4pm – 8pm\nHoughton Conquest Village Hall\, High Street\, MK45 3LH\nThu 15th September\, 10am – 2pm\nLakeview Village Hall\, 155-160 Brooklands Avenue\, Wixams\, MK42 6AB\n\nThe Mill View Masterplan\nThe masterplan will deliver new homes\, community facilities and a primary school. 37% of the site will be a Country Park – that’s an additional 87 acres where you can pause and relax. \nMill View forms part of the wider Wixams Park masterplan. The site was granted outline planning consent in 2018 and a series of Reserved Matters Planning Applications\nis being prepared to deal with outstanding details of the 2018 outline planning consent\, including detailed design and appearance of the Country Park and homes. \nIn 2021\, Present Made introduced you to our detailed plans for the Country Park and the Gateway residential area. DESCRIPTION:The Parish Council welcomes residents to attend any of their public meetings held\, usually\, on the third Monday of each month and details of these can be found on the Parish Council site. \nPlanning Committee meetings happen at 7pm\, just before each council meeting. Grant Committee meetings happen on an ad hoc basis and are advertised on the agenda when scheduled. \nAgendas for each meeting will be available approximately one week before each meeting.
