SUMMARY:The September Sunday Super Sausage Shindig!
DESCRIPTION:The Wixams bikers meet on the first Sunday of the month at Seasons and for September they’ll be running a charity ride-out to raise money for Operation Oscar Bear. \nOscar is a 3 year old from Wixams who suffered a Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy (HIE) event at birth. He is living with Cerebral Palsy and needs help to get an operation and intensive rehab which would change his life. You can read more about his story here: \njust4children.org/operationoscarbear \nWe’re inviting all motorbike riders from Wixams\, neighbouring villages and beyond to come along to the meet on Sunday 3rd September at 11 am. Together we’ll then ride up to the Super Sausage Café near Towcester to raise money for the operation and to show our support for Oscar and his family. \nTo take part in the rideout we’ll be asking for a donation of just £10 on the day and every penny will go to Oscar’s fund. All bikers are welcome including mopeds and 125s on ‘L’ plates so text your mates to spread the word and let’s see how much we can raise!

DESCRIPTION:The Parish Council welcomes residents to attend any of their public meetings held\, usually\, on the third Monday of each month and details of these can be found on the Parish Council site. \nPlanning Committee meetings happen just before each council meeting. Grant Committee meetings happen on an ad hoc basis and are advertised on the agenda when scheduled. \nAgendas for each meeting will be available approximately one week before each meeting.
