L&Q Estates have submitted an application to change some of the previously agreed plans that outline facilities such as community halls, playing fields etc.

The Wixams Parish Council are hosting a public consultation event on Wednesday 26th July from 2 to 6 pm. Representatives from developer L&Q Estates and Bedford Borough Council Planning Officers will be present to answer any questions from residents. Comments on the applications must be submitted by 1st August to planning@bedford.gov.uk
